WHAT WE DO

Full-Scope Decommission Services

We handle the physical work, the data security, and the responsible disposal — so your team can focus on the transition, not the cleanup.

Equipment Disconnection & Removal
Our technicians physically disconnect, label, and stage all equipment for removal — working systematically through your space so nothing is missed and the site is left clean.
Data-Bearing Device Destruction
Every data-bearing device — hard drives, SSDs, laptops, servers — is physically destroyed. Certificates of destruction are available upon request, priced by quantity.
Certified E-Waste Disposal
All non-data-bearing equipment is transferred to our certified e-waste recycling partner for responsible disposal. Our recycling partner determines the appropriate disposition for all items received.
Infrastructure Decommission
Server rooms, network closets, and data center environments decommissioned and cleared — racks broken down, cabling removed, and the space returned to a clean, empty state.
Paired with Deployment Projects
When old equipment needs to come out as new equipment goes in, we coordinate both sides in a single, seamless engagement.
Any Scale, Any Scope
From a handful of retired workstations to a full floor clear-out, we approach every decommission project as an opportunity to strengthen the relationship.

DATA SECURITY

Every data-bearing device is destroyed. No exceptions.

For law firms, healthcare practices, and financial services companies, data security doesn’t end when equipment is retired — it ends when that equipment is destroyed.

We don’t wipe and donate. We don’t remarket drives. Every hard drive, SSD, and data-bearing component is physically destroyed as a standard part of every decommission project.

Physical destruction
Standard — all projects
All data-bearing devices are physically destroyed on every decommission project. This is not an upgrade or an add-on — it is how we work.
Certificate of destruction
Upon request
Certificates of destruction are available upon request for clients who require documented proof of data destruction. Pricing is dependent on quantity.
Project documentation
Upon request
Additional project documentation — including itemized records and decommission reports — is available upon request.

OUR PROCESS

How a decommission project works

Straightforward, responsible, and thoroughly executed.

1
Assessment
Scope confirmed — equipment types, quantities, site details, and any documentation requirements
2
Disconnection
All equipment disconnected, labeled, and staged — data-bearing devices separated and secured
3
Destruction & Disposal
Data-bearing devices physically destroyed. All remaining equipment transferred to our certified e-waste partner
4
Site Clear
Space left clean and empty. Certificates and documentation provided to clients who requested them

WHY IT MATTERS

Decommission is a compliance event, not just a cleanup

For organizations handling confidential client data, patient records, or financial information, retired equipment represents real risk until it is properly destroyed and documented.

Law Firms & Legal
Attorney-client privilege extends to retired hardware. Physical destruction ensures confidential matter data cannot be recovered from decommissioned devices.
Healthcare & Medical
HIPAA requires that patient data be rendered unrecoverable at end of life. Physical destruction is the most defensible standard for covered entities.
Finance & Accounting
Financial records on retired devices carry real exposure. Documented destruction provides the paper trail that regulators and auditors expect.
Refreshing hardware at the same time?
We can handle new equipment deployment and old equipment decommission in a single coordinated project — one team, one contact, no handoff gaps.
